Cancellation Policy

Please read.
 

  • If a registrant provides more than one months notice that they will not be able to attend the class they have registered for, a full refund will be granted.

 

  • If a registrant provides 3 weeks to one month notice that they will not be able to attend the class they have registered for, their deposit will be held and can be applied to a future class (one time only).  Any other payments can also be put forth to that new class, or reimbursed if desired. 

 

  • If a registrant provides under 3 weeks notice that they will not be able to attend the class they have registered for, all payments made toward the training will be applied to future class (one time only) or the registrant can find someone to take their place in the class.

 

  • If a registrant fails to show for the scheduled class they were registered for, no refund will be offered.  If registrant fails to show due to extreme circumstances (such as that of illness, family death, accidents, etc.), reimbursement will be at the sole discretion of the director of HALO.

 

  • If a class does not run to do an insufficient number of participants, the registrant may request a full refund or request that their payments be applied toward a future class.
